John Williamson advises clients in leadership and organization change.   He honed his craft as a management employment lawyer, as associate general counsel & corporate secretary of an integrated energy distribution and retail services company, as an HR leader at a major bank and at several other organizations. His experience ranges across financial services, information technology, airlines, railways, telecommunications, energy and post-secondary education.

John is a graduate of Trent (BA), Queens (LLB) and University of Central Michigan (MA).  John earned a Certified Human Resources Professional ("CHRP") designation at the Rotman School at University of Toronto; he was a Board member of the Human Resources Professional Association of Ontario; John is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.
